If smoking outside, please dispose of waste properly

Be mindful of neighbors and surrounding properties
Do NOT leave trash, food, or coolers outside
Secure all garbage in designated containers
Do not feed or approach wildlife

Please treat the home with care
Do not move furniture
Clean up spills promptly
Report any damage or issues right away
Use fireplaces, grills, and fire pits responsibly
Never leave fire unattended
Fully extinguish after use
Park only in designated areas
Do not block roads, driveways, or neighboring properties
Mountain roads are steep, narrow, and winding
Drive slowly and cautiously, especially at night or in wet/icy conditions
Use lower gears when descending steep roads if needed
Use at your own risk β no lifeguard on duty
Children must be supervised at all times
No glass containers in or around the pool/hot tub
Rinse off before entering to help keep water clean
Do not adjust pool or hot tub equipment/settings
Keep noise levels respectful, especially at night

Do not attempt repairs yourself
